FAQ’s
1 / I require "just a logo", is that possible?
We don’t offer logo-only projects. Your logo is only one part of a larger identity system. Every project at 1900designs begins with strategy and ends with a complete visual direction that your brand can actually grow with.
2 / How long will my branding take?
Most branding projects take 6–8 weeks, depending on the scope, feedback cycles, and additional deliverables like packaging or social templates. A detailed timeline is always shared before we begin.
3 / If I have certain extra requirements or I want to remove some deliverables from your existing packages, is that possible?
Yes, absolutely. Each project is custom-tailored to your needs. Once you share your requirements, we can create a revised quote and structure based on your scope and goals.
4 / How to get started?
Start by filling out the enquiry form on the website or drop an email at palak.1900designs@gmail.com. Once I understand your requirements, we’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss your brand, vision, and next steps.
5 / Do you offer ongoing design support after branding?
Yes. Many clients continue working with me for social media design, packaging extensions, and seasonal campaigns. We offer monthly retainers and one-off support as needed.
6 / What does your process include — payments, revisions, and file delivery?
A 70% advance is required to book your project, and the remaining 30% is due before final delivery. Each stage of the project includes two rounds of revisions to refine the work. Once complete and payment is received, you’ll get a full handover folder with all logo versions, color palette, typography details, and editable design files.
